CityPlace Pavilion 1

Pavilion 1 is a beautiful facility with 5,500 square feet of open space making it the perfect convention center for expositions, trade shows, corporate training, presentations, conference events, banquets, weddings, receptions, and graduation parties. The facility is equipped with the latest audio visual equipment comprised of seven 80” flat screen TVs, a camera to livestream your event into any of the facilities at CityPlace, cordless microphones, wireless hook-up and wifi, all of which is included in your rental fee. Pavilion 1 is climate controlled but offers beautiful barn-like wooden doors that open 180 degrees allowing for an “open air” appeal for your event. Pavilion 1 also includes restrooms and a staging area for catering. The attached covered porch includes theatrical lighting and is adjacent to The Plaza at CityPlace with a view of the placid water feature and stone benches throughout a spacious “park like” setting. Should your conference, corporate training event, exposition, trade show or wedding reception need additional space to accommodate your needs, Pavilion 2 is located adjacent to Pavilion 1 making both pavilions easily accessible for your event group.
