At CityPlace, we work hard to ensure that your event is special and memorable! CityPlace allows you the flexibility to choose vendors and caterers that best fit your needs and budget. We provide limited event planning and A/V assistance to make sure your event goes smoothly. Free on-site parking also adds convenience for you and your guests.

Although our indoor event spaces are climate controlled, each pavilion has beautiful barn-like wooden doors that can open up to 180 degrees, allowing for an “open air” appeal. Both venues are equipped with the latest audio visual equipment including several flat-screen TVs, cordless microphones, wireless connectivity, and Wi-Fi. Our technology is also able to livestream your event into any of the facilities at CityPlace. Restrooms and catering staging areas are also inside each event space. For larger events, both pavilions and/or the plaza can be rented simultaneously.

For your convenience, CityPlace includes some tables and chairs as part of your rental fee. Set up and break-down of the event space are also covered in your rental cost. For additional furniture and decoration needs, we can provide you with contact information for suggested vendors. Your preferred vendors are also welcome at CityPlace – we will just need their insurance certificate to be on file.

We want you to have a safe and successful event, as such we have outlined guidelines in our Policies and Procedures manual, which you can access here.

Please note that CityPlace is an alcohol, drug and smoke free facility.

  1. Special pricing of $2500 includes Pavilion 1, Pavilion 2, and the Plaza.
  2. For an expo or tradeshow not requiring furniture, please contact us for special pricing. 
  3. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to hold preferred date; remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. 
  4.  $500 Damage Deposit collected 2 weeks before event (returned after event, pending no damages)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Event Group: In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by CityPlace no less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date in order to receive a refund of payments made above the non-refundable 25% security deposit.

Cancellation by CityPlace: If CityPlace cancels the event due to the Event Group’s breach of policies and procedures, such cancellation shall be treated as a “Cancellation by Event Group.” Acts or causes beyond the control of either of the parties may occur, which make it impossible for the event to proceed because of the facilities and/or the grounds of CityPlace are closed or otherwise unavailable. If in the discretion of CityPlace, any such acts or causes require cancellation of the event for safety or security reasons, or if CityPlace cancels the event for any other reason, any previously paid deposit or payments made by the Event Group shall be returned and the Contract Agreement shall be terminated.

Insurance Requirements

  1. Liability Insurance is required and a copy is required to be provided to CityPlace no less than 30 days prior to the event.

  3. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to hold preferred date; remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. 

Security

  1. CityPlace does not provide event security. At times security may be required by CityPlace in order to maintain adequate security measures because of the size or the nature of the function. If deemed necessary, Event Groups are required to provide CityPlace approved licensed security personnel, at the Event Group’s Expense.

Vendors

  1. CityPlace has a list of suggested vendors, but other vendors and caterers are welcome at CityPlace provided they meet our insurance requirements. Please click here to view our vendor policy and details.
  2. Event Group and Caterer are responsible for food service cleanup during and after event. At CityPlace, we want your event to be special and memorable!
